Delivery

• We deliver door to door anywhere in South Africa by tracked courier.
• R99 per order. Free on orders of R1,500 or more.
• Fast delivery items: 3–5 working days. Ordered in items: 14–25 working days. An order ships as one parcel once all its items have arrived.
• Records are packed in rigid LP mailers with corner protection.
• You'll get your tracking number on WhatsApp or by email when your parcel leaves us.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an Ordered in item free of charge until our weekly order goes to our distributor every Monday morning. Message us on 064 545 5785.

Cooling-off period (ECTA)

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as long as the record is still factory sealed. We refund the full price within 30 days of getting it back. You pay the cost of returning it.

Faulty or damaged records (CPA)

If your record arrives damaged, warped or with a pressing defect, WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery if you can. Under the Consumer Protection Act you may return faulty goods within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund. We cover the courier both ways for faulty items.

Opened records that are not faulty cannot be returned, because playing a record changes its condition.
